Abdelkrim Kinzi CEO, Founder and director of international operations

 

Love of the profession is a family heritage. The first business founded by the Kenzi family dates back to the 1960s. In 1964, Kinzi Sr. founded the first family-owned company in retail, importing goods from Europe, and local exploitation and marketing of goods. Faced with the challenges of different aspects of a business, Mr. Abdelkrim Kinzi, from an early age, found winning solutions and grew within an expanding team. His involvement served as school for entrepreneurship and gave him a taste for international business. For years, he has helped family businesses succeed in various functions such as operations, business development, personnel management, etc. Always in search of continuous improvement in business, he is passionate about wholesale and working with manufacturers according to market needs. This rich experience in international product management and marketing prepared him for his role as founding manager of Diavalin in the international paper trade.


Holder of a bachelor’s degree in international business from HEC of University of Montreal and a certificate in customs brokerage from Cégep cégep André-Laurendeau, in addition to several professional training and certifications, putting him in a strategic and central place for the proper functioning of the business and prosperity of the local economy.

 

Ferhat Kedadouche, CFO and Cofounder

 

Fluently trilingual, with over 17 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry, Mr. Kedadouche has been dedicated to the success of the business since its inception. His past experience working for various companies in the public and private sector, prepared him for his role as manager and responsible for the proper day to day operations of Diavalin.

In addition to taking good care of financial, budgetary and regulatory management, he is responsible for handling the company’s major accounts.


Mr. Kedadouche holds a diploma in accounting and management from the Collège de Rosemont and several professional certifications in management and finance.
